We are currently looking for a full time Cath Lab Manager for our Cardiac Cath Lab Department.

Shift:   Days

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years management experience with the ability to effectively manage people.
• Minimum 5-7 years nursing experience: telemetry, ICU and/or Cardiac Cath/Special Procedures.
  BS/BSN, or in progress preferred
• Resilience and flexibility to deal with a changing environment. Ability to work under stressful conditions and in difficult situations

Job Description:

• To assess, direct and evaluate holistic nursing practice on a 24 hour basis and to support the development of professional nurses and other Associates functioning within the Cardiac Cath Lab and Cardiology areas.
• To collaborate with physicians and other health care disciplines to assure optimal customer satisfaction and quality healthcare delivery.
