Chief Cardiovascular Tech- Cath Lab
Temple, TX
The Chief Cardio Tech oversees the delivery of patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Lab. Includes oversight of technical components of Lab operation to ensure its proper functioning. Supervises patient care provided by the technical staff to ensure department efficiency and continuity of service. Ensure proper operation of patient care equipment to include imaging, hemodynamic, lab and emergency equipment for quality control purposes.
Associate’s Degree with 2-3 years experience in a Cardiac Cath/EP Lab setting is required. Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist is highly preferred (may be acquired after hire if employee has substantial related experience or license or credentialing in a related field (such as radiology technologist, respiratory therapist, or paramedic).
Supervisory experience in Cath or EP lab preferred.
