CharterCARE Health Partners is a community-based, patient-centered health system that operates Roger Williams Medical Center and Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. We are expanding our cardiology program and have the following opening at Roger Williams Medical Center:

Registered Nurse - Cardiac Catheterization Lab

The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for providing professional nursing care for a defined group of patients according to the hospital’s philosophy of patient care and standards of professional nursing practice. The registered nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for judgment and actions, maintains clinical competency and exercises informed judgment in delegating nursing care to others. The Registered Nurse promotes patient, family and staff learning.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years Cardiac Catheterization laboratory experience, 5 years critical care experience required - CCU/ICU. Proficient in cardiovascular assessment and interpretation of cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic monitoring and intra-aortic Balloon Pump. Current valid BLS and ACLS certificate required.

Education: In addition to the skills normally obtained through completion of a High School education, must be a graduate of an approved nursing program and maintain a current Rhode Island RN license.
