The RN in the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab provides safe and effective nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process. Assists the physician in the performance of all diagnostic and  therapeutic inpatient/outpatient adult and geriatric cardiac Electrophysiology. Familiarization with rhythm management devices, hemodynamics, over-ride pacing, mapping and intra-cardiac ultrasound.

 

Requirements:

  • Current RN license.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
  • Minimum 1 year ICU, CCU experience.
  • Previous EP Lab experience required.
  • Current Knowledge of ECG monitoring.
