REQUIREMENTS/DESCRIPTION: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State. BLS required. Completion of ACLS within 6 months. Minimum two years nursing experience required - Cardiology preferred, critical care preferred. Competent in IV Therapy and venipuncture. Completion of cardiac rhythm course within three to six months. Completion of Critical Care course within six to twelve months. Meets requirements of physical/pre-placement screening.
