The mission statement of the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure (OSBML) is to promote the health, safety, and well-being of the citizens (patients) of Oklahoma by requiring a high level of qualifications, standards, and continuing education for licensure of medical doctors, physician assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists, respiratory therapists, athletic trainers, dietitians, electrologists, orthotists, prosthetists, and pedorthists.
