  • About New Mexico Cardiovascular Surgery Jobs

Cardiovascular Surgery jobs are regulated by the New Mexico Medical Board. The New Mexico Medical Board was established by the State Legislature "in the interest of the public health, safety and welfare and to protect the public of New Mexico from the improper, unprofessional, incompetent and unlawful practice of medicine." We accomplish this by issuing licenses to qualified physicians and physician assistants, disciplining incompetent or unprofessional physicians or physician assistants, and aiding in the rehabilitation of impaired physicians and physician assistants for the purpose of protecting the public.
