Ascendian Healthcare Consulting, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Cardiovascular Information Systems (CVIS) and Cardio Operations Consultant. Candidate must demonstrate a clear understanding of all cardiovascular modalities and departmental workflows including: Cath Lab, Hemodynamics, Echocardiology, ECG and ACC reporting requirements. Successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of HL7, DICOM, Structured Reporting and varying levels of systems integration. Candidate will show a history of successful CVIS implementation/s in both large and small healthcare organizations. Candidate must be an excellent writer and a highly articulate communicator. A Bachelors Degree and history of prior work in a clinical environment with transition to project leadership in the implementation of clinical IT systems is required. PMP certification a plus.
