Northern Arizona Healthcare is the largest healthcare provider in Northern and Central Arizona. Flagstaff Medical Center, with over 200 beds, is the only state-designated Level I Trauma Center in the north state. Our cardiac program, with our world-class cardiovascular team, provides state-of-the-art healthcare and services.
The Director for Cardiology will mange multiple departments, including Interventional Cardiology and cardiovascular services, and serve as project manager as needed. Your leadership responsibilities will include the management and oversight of the Cath Lab, Cariology, Indian Health Services Cardiology Clinic and Cardiac Rehab.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A Master's degree in a related field is desirable. Cardiovascular/Cath lab experience is required. Five (5) years of critical care experience with management experience in the health care field is required. Experience with project management desirable. Knowledgable of quality and process improvement measures. Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
