Operations Manager, Invasive Cardiac Labs


Nationally recognized, 5-time Thompson Reuters 100 Top Hospitals® Cardiovascular Benchmarks winner seeking Invasive Cardiac Labs Operations Manager. Responsible for 3 Cardiac Cath and 2 EP Labs, as well as the Outpatient Cardiac Recovery Unit.

Responsibilities include day-to-day operational activities, budget administration, inventory management, regulatory requirements, staff recruitment, retention and development, quality control, and research, as well as designing and planning labs in the new 308,000 sq. foot Hospital for Advanced Medicine.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field and a minimum 3 years management experience in a healthcare setting.  Graduation from an approved cardiopulmonary tech program or a RN with cardiac experience with 3 years cath lab or EP lab experience required.  Skills needed are excellent oral and written communication skills, strong customer service skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, and knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
