Pediatric Echo Technologists with best-in-class skills and knowledge are invited to become part of our world-class team of experts. We have recently expanded our Children’s Hospital to include a new Children's Hospital Emergency Room, and we will open a brand new Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit in spring 2014. Additional phases will follow, to include expansion in the next 12 months of our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Our Echo Lab offers state-of-the-art echo machines, a supine exercise bike stress echo laboratory, 3D TTE and TEE probes, echo stress laboratory, Tomtec 3D analysis software and more. Responsibilities will include performing high-quality echocardiograms in the Pediatric Cardiology Clinic and on in-patient pediatric units as requested.

To qualify, you will need:
• Completion of formal education and training in Echocardiography typically obtained by completion of a two- year Cardiopulmonary Technology Program, AS equivalent
• Must hold RDCS or CCI credential, or be registry eligible within 1 year of date of hire
• 2+ years of experience performing pediatric cardiac ultrasound in a tertiary care center for congenital heart disease (with exposure to both pediatric and adult patient populations preferred)
• The willingness to share late shift and on-call duties including weekends and holiday shifts
