Working Interview Electrophysiology Cardiologist Board Certified

Group of 4 Cardiologist: 3 Interventional & 1 Non Invasive are looking to add an EP Cardiologist to join the group due to growth and building an EP practice.
Candidate will build EP practice with referrals from 3 Interventional Cardiologists and general too. Some general until build practice to 100% EP.
Has 3 Phillips- 1 FD-20 (large) and 2 FD-10
Mapping System: Navigator- Ultrasound and CT map and cockpit- 6 plasma screens and Ensite, St. Jude Mapping
Has AF & AT Ablations
The EP Doc would be expected to build a lab from ground up with the expectations that once the practice is completely busy with EP patients the provider would be schedule only with EP. At start up the EP provider would be expected to do some general cardiology, echo reads. The EP provider would not be in the call rotation with general cardiology providers.
The practice is extremely busy. It's not a new group. The practice has been around for 30 years. Doctor added another partner over five years ago and added another owner provider a year ago and have another provider that will be offered partnership in the next year. They have six different locations. They average around 160 patients per day with all locations and all echo and nuclear departments. They average around 40 New patients per week. They refer alot of EP out and would love to see this kept internally within the practice. There is probably not enough to fill a schedule with our referrals alone but there are a lot of supportive groups in this area due to the longevity of this practice.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:-5:00 pm
Call Schedule 1:6
Salary $400-450K commensurate with experience
Partnership track position: 1 year to partner
Will assist with moving expenses
