Cardiology - Non-Invasive

Geisinger Health System, located in Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania, seeks a Board Certified, fellowship trained, Non-invasive Cardiologist to join our growing practice. This position is located on our Geisinger Wyoming Valley campus in Wilkes Barre, PA.

About this opportunity:
- 8 cardiologists including 1 interventionalist and 1 electrophysiologist.
- Part of an integrated cardiovascular facility, cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons,
   and vascular surgeons.
- Development of new programs is encouraged and supported.
- The Pearsall Heart Hospital includes 2 cath labs with EP facilities, 9-bed step-down
   unit, 8-bed cardiac procedure holding area, ICAEL accredited echo lab, cardiac
   nuclear facility, active cardiac rehab program, and our outpatient clinic and offices.
- Supports a Chest Pain Center accredited by the Society of Chest Pain Centers.
- Practice has grown from 3 physicians to 8 over the past 6 years.

177 (licensed) bed, acute /tertiary care hospital that includes the Pearsall Heart Hospital, and the Henry Cancer Center, a partnership between Geisinger Health System and Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia.
