CATH LAB TECHNICIAN FOR BIG SKY COUNTRY

WHAT YOU WILL DO: Under the general supervision of the cardiologist and/or cath lab manager, following facility protocols, provide technical support (scrub/monitoring) during cath lab procedures such as: PTCA, PCI, complicated PCI procedures with Impella support, atherectomy procedures, structural heart procedures, peripheral angiography and interventions and cardiac pacemaker implants. Provide direct patient care by recording, documenting and interpretation of right and left heart hemodynamics, ECG’s and cardiac valve calculations. Trouble shoots all cath lab equipment with minimal assistance. Participates in cath lab QA/QI and radiation safety programs. Performs other duties as directed by the Cath Cab Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Must Haves: Graduate of an accredited school of Cardiovascular Cath Lab Technology or Radiology Technology with a minimum of two (2) years cath lab experience Current Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Radiological Technologist-Registered with CI, BLS and ACLS.

HOW YOU WILL WORK

Monday-Friday, 7a-3:30p with call coverage (late stay) Monday-Friday 3:30p-7:00a. With future growth option for ten (10) hour shifts will become available.
