If you’re a physician with a full-time job, or a fellow in training, or you’re looking for consistent (but flexible) part-time work, we have options! Open shifts are shared months in advance so you can plan ahead. Need a month off for exams? No problem. Want extra shifts for summer? Go for it!

For non-traditional part-time schedules, this is a great position to consider. Our flexible structure allows for 1-5 shifts per week, as many weeks per month as you would like, without nights, weekends, or call.

Position Details:

• Cover non-invasive shifts for a premier physician group with excellent cardiac facilities!
• Weekday shifts from 8a-5p - No call or after-hours care required
• Blend of hospital-based and outpatient clinic coverage – 1 location per shift
• Hospital shifts: Consultative work in the ER & on the floor without doing admissions
• Hospital shifts: Stress tests, echo reads (ave. 6-8/day) in the CDU, and an occasional TEE

Requirements:

• BC/BE in Cardiology
• Preferred: Active state license and DEA in NC
