Envision at ORMC is seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Cardiac Anesthesiologists to join our well-established and highly respected practice. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of Physicians, CRNAs, and CAAs dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a diverse case mix that includes trauma and cardiac cases, all while benefiting from a supportive and collegial work environment.

Practice Highlights:

• Primary location: Orlando Regional Medical Center
• Cardiac supervision model: 1:2 coverage
• Cardiac call only – from home
• No general call responsibilities
• Post-call day always off
• Pre-call days: first out
• In-house cardiac APPs 24/7

Cardiac Case Types Include:

• CABG, AVR, MVR
• TAVR, MitraClip, robotic mitral valve repair
• LVADs, Impella, IABP

About the Team:

• 7 Cardiac Anesthesiologists
• 15 Cardiac APPs
• 25 total Anesthesiologists
• 90 CRNAs and CAAs
• EPIC EMR
• Supervision model – No OB or Peds
• Night call is minimal with in-house coverage
• Wide variety of cases: Trauma, Neuro, Vascular, Thoracic, Ortho, ENT, Plastics, and Robotics
• Cardiac cases reserved for fellowship-trained Cardiac Anesthesiologists
